Our customer service representatives will be happy to answer your questions by phone, email, chat or in person. Our customer service is open and available on Monday through Saturday from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm. On Sundays, we are open from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm.

Customer Service is closed during the following holidays:
- Christmas (Christmas Day and Boxing Day): Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 December 2021

Ferry café

Ferrycafé - We want to give you the opportunity to give your opinion and speak out your wishes about our service. Therefore we created "The Ferrycafé". Please join one of our sessions for a cup of coffee and discuss with one of the members of the management team. You can discuss about safety or conform aboard our ships, our timetable, delays or the future accessibility of the islands. At Ameland the Ferrycafé is organized every month between 10.30 a.m. and 11.30 a.m.at the Tourist Information Centre in Nes, and at Schiermonnikoog every three months between 10.30 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. at "Het Baken".

Dates 2021:

Ameland:  24 November.

Schiermonnikoog: 6 December.  

Lost and found objects

What happens if you have lost or found something? We keep all objects found on board, on our sites and in our premises.

Contact us by telephone through 0900 9238 or from abroad +31 88 103 1000, or send an email to verlorenofgevonden@wpd.nl.

Please state the following information in your email:

  • your name, address and telephone number;
  • the ship and the location where you lost or found the item;
  • the date and time of the crossing;
  • a description of the object.

We recommend that you also register the lost or found object on the national website www.verlorenofgevonden.nl
