Changing and cancelling tickets

You can book your tickets via the website or the ticket machines in the terminals.

  • You can cancel tickets for the regular ferry and fast ferry up to 1 hour before departure.
  • Only reservations made online via the website will not be charged cancellation fees. In all other cases, the cancellation costs are €7.00

Yes, they also book online and can take advantage of the group discount (from 15 people). The group must travel together on both the outward and return journeys.

No, unfortunately, this is not possible. For example, have you booked for five people and two of them want to take a later ferry? You then have to change the booking from five to three people and create a new booking for two people for the later departure.

If you are travelling with a dog, please indicate this in the ordering process. The dog is then automatically linked to your reservation. Are you a Wagenborg pass holder? Then purchase a ticket for your dog at the ticket desk at the port office in Holwerd or Lauwersoog.

Cancelled sailings and changes in the timetables

If the ferry you have a reservation for is cancelled, because of bad weather or another type of calamity, we will send you a text message and e-mail with information about the cancelled sailing. Please double-check whether you have entered a valid telephone number and e-mail address during the ordering process.
