Changing and cancelling reservations online
** New! Changing and cancelling reservations online ** Recently, a lot of work has been done behind the scenes to enable customers to change and cancel tickets and reservations themselves — online. A great improvement to our online services!
Customers can go to My Wagenborg and view, change or cancel their reservation, with or without creating an account and logging in. In addition, customers can still contact Customer Service to book, change and cancel tickets.
Cancellation fee
We do not charge a fee for changes and cancellations online.
We do however charge a €7.00 fee when cancellations are done through Customer Service, with the exception of passenger tickets and fast ferry tickets.
General terms and conditions
With the going live of the online option to change and cancel tickets — on Monday 21 November 2022 — our General terms and conditions have been revised:
Ferry service
- Changing a vehicle reservation or group registration is possible up to 60 minutes before the time of departure, provided the reservation has not been checked in.
- Tickets can be changed online, in writing, by phone or at the counters of the port offices and the head office in Nes.
- Cancelling a vehicle or group registration is possible up to 60 minutes before departure of the reserved sailing.
Fast Ferry service
- Changing a ticket for the Fast Ferry is possible up to 60 minutes before the time of departure.
- Tickets can be changed online, in writing, by phone or at the counters of the port offices and the head office in Nes.
- Cancelling a combination or surcharge ticket for the Fast Ferry service is possible up to 60 minutes before departure of the reserved sailing.
